Printing tips
Everything is built for a normal home printer — no print shop required. A few small habits make the pages come out exactly as we designed them.
A4 and US Letter
Many of our products ship both paper sizes as separate, properly-laid-out files — pick the one that matches the paper in your tray and print at 100%. Formats do vary by product, so the bullets on each product page are the honest per-product truth: where only one size ships, the page says so (and it still scales neatly onto the other size if you ask your printer to).
Colour or ink-saver?
Where a product includes a black-and-white edition, it's a true ink-saver — a separate file with zero colour and white backgrounds, not a colour file greyed out by your printer driver. Print the colour edition for the fridge-worthy pages and the ink-saver for the daily practice grind; your ink budget will thank you. The product page lists which editions ship.
Flashcards, charts and anything handled daily
Laminate them — or slip charts into plastic pockets — and they'll survive a whole year of small hands. A laminated chart also takes a whiteboard marker, so routine checklists and practice charts can be wiped and reused instead of reprinted.
Cut-outs, cards and certificates
Print these on cardstock (160–200gsm is the sweet spot) so they hold their shape through cutting, shuffling and being carried around in pockets. Ordinary paper is fine for worksheets — save the good stock for the pieces that get handled.
Print what you need, when you need it
There's no need to print a whole workbook in one heroic session. Pick the pages for this week from the page range box in your print dialog — and because the licence covers reprinting for your own family or classroom, a page ruined by a determined toddler just gets printed again.
