The fine print, kept short

The licence

Every product is licensed for one family or one classroom. Within that home or that classroom, print as many copies as you need, for as long as you like. What we ask in return is simple: don't redistribute, resell or share the digital files.

What you can do

  • Print as many copies as you need for your own kids or your own students
  • Reprint forever — a ruined page or a new school year just means printing again
  • Use the files on your own devices and tablets (GoodNotes, Notability, Xodo)
  • Keep your own backup copy somewhere safe

What the licence doesn't cover

Passing the files on — emailing them to a friend or a colleague, posting them online, uploading them to a shared school drive for other classes — and reselling them, whether as digital files or as printed copies. The download limits on our links exist for the same reason: your purchase covers your family or your classroom, and that's the deal that keeps the prices where they are.

The exact wording lives in your PDF

Each product carries its own licence page inside the PDF, and that page is the exact wording for that product. A few products are scoped to their natural home — household planners to a single household, the teacher planner to a single teacher's own classes — but the spirit is the same everywhere: yours to print freely within your own four walls, not yours to pass on. You may see the EY Printables imprint on that page — that's our publishing name, printed inside the files.

Teaching across several classrooms, or buying for a whole school? That's more than one licence — contact us through the shop and we'll sort out something fair. A human reads it, usually the same day.

short version: print freely for your own crew, don't share the files
