166 Pages | 11 Tabbed Sections | Fillable PDF + Print Editions | A4 + US Letter
If something happened to you tonight — an accident, a bushfire, a hospital stay — could your family find the insurance policies, the will, the super funds, the vet's number? This binder is the answer written down: one place that records where everything is and what you decided, so the people you love are never left guessing.
Written for Australian households from the first page: 000, 106 and 112 on the fridge sheet, Medicare and IHI fields on every profile, superannuation death-benefit nominations, Centrelink CRNs, state-by-state ambulance cover and power-of-attorney tables, and a bushfire plan built on the national fire danger ratings.
Type or Print — Your Choice
Two FILLABLE editions are included (A4 and US Letter) with 3,855 typed fields and 335 tick-boxes. Open them in the free Adobe Acrobat Reader or a tablet PDF app, type your details, save, and update them in seconds when a policy or number changes. Four print editions (colour and ink-saver black and white, each in A4 and US Letter) are included for households who would rather fill it in pencil — half these details change within a couple of years, and the binder says so.
What's Inside — 151 Organiser Pages in 11 Sections
1. IN AN EMERGENCY (4 pages) — the red quick-access pages: a fridge-door 000 sheet with your address and every allergy, 8 cut-out wallet ICE cards, every national emergency number printed ready (000, 106, 112, SES 132 500, Poisons 13 11 26, Healthdirect), and a master index of where every original document lives.
2. OUR HOUSEHOLD (17 pages) — identity and health profiles for up to 8 people, adults and children alike: Medicare card and IHI, passport, licence, blood type, allergies, organ donor decision.
3. MEDICAL (20 pages) — GP and specialists, medication logs for six people, immunisation records, private health hospital and extras cover, ambulance cover state by state (in most of Australia an ambulance is NOT free), mental health crisis contacts, medical history, and a hospital bag list.
4. MONEY (25 pages) — every bank account, income source, super fund (and the 3-year binding-nomination trap, diarised), five insurance registers plus a renewal calendar, mortgage and debts, bills tracker, subscriptions, Centrelink CRNs, tax records, assets, and the emergency fund.
5. LEGAL AND DOCUMENTS (15 pages) — the will, executors, enduring powers of attorney and care directives WITH a table of what each is called in your state, guardianship of children, certificates register, property and vehicles, master document checklists, and a certified-copies tracker.
6. HOME AND UTILITIES (15 pages) — utility accounts, mains shut-offs, emergency trades, and an 8-room contents inventory that does the heavy lifting in an insurance claim.
7. EMERGENCY PLANS (22 pages) — a bushfire plan with your written trigger to leave, two ways out and who-does-what; flood, storm and cyclone, heatwave and power outage plans; 5-minute and 1-hour grab lists; a 72-hour kit with rotation log; pet evacuation; meeting points and the out-of-area contact.
8. DEPENDANTS AND PETS (10 pages) — school and childcare contacts, authorised pick-up list, carer sheets, a babysitter one-pager, and profiles for 3 pets with care instructions.
9. JUST IN CASE (15 pages) — the kindest section: funeral wishes written as gifts rather than orders, people to notify, first steps for my family, accounts to close, digital legacy, little wishes, and three letter pages.
10. DIGITAL ACCOUNTS (4 pages) — an account and device inventory designed around one rule: NO passwords live in this binder, ever, so it can never leak a login. It records where your password manager and legacy contacts are instead.
11. KEEPING IT CURRENT (4 pages) — an annual review checklist (three years per printout), a change log, and a print-and-assembly guide.
Print Tips
Print at 100% ('Actual size'). A 25mm two-ring binder fits the lot — add 11 tab dividers, labelled from the table in the assembly guide. Use the ink-saver edition for the big print run and print the red section in colour. Slip the fridge sheet into a plastic sleeve: one copy for the binder, one for the fridge.

Questions people ask
How do I get the files?
The moment your payment clears, the download appears on screen and a link lands in your inbox. No waiting, nothing posted to you.
Can I print it at home?
Yes — it's built for a normal home printer. The formats that ship with this product are listed above, and our workbook bundles include a true ink-saver black and white version, so you can choose whichever your printer and your ink budget prefer.
Can I use it for my whole class?
Yes. The licence covers one family or one classroom — print as many copies as you need for your own kids or your own students. Just don't resell it or pass the file on.
I'm not in Australia — can I still buy and print this?
Absolutely. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and your card or bank converts automatically at checkout — no extra steps. Files download the same way everywhere, and print formats are listed on each product so you know exactly what ships.
What if the download link stops working?
Links allow several downloads and last thirty days. If yours expires or runs out, contact us with your order number and we'll send a fresh one — a human reads it, usually the same day.
